Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Diner's Club. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay or decline in processing your order. When making a purchase you will be asked for complete information pertaining to your credit card for our PCI Compliant payment processing facility. This is an automated procedure with the highest level of fraud protection.

We also accept payments made using Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay and PayPal Express. Payments made by Paypal using an eCheck take 3-5 business days for payment authorization. For faster authorization when using a eCheck you must contact Paypal directly to arrange this.

Order Acceptance Policy 

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell items ordered. Rising Sun Botanicals reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Paid orders that are subsequently declined by us will be refunded to the original payment method within 24 hours during regular business days.

Shipping 

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Depending on overall volume of orders being processed, we usually ship within 24-48 hours of the payment clearing. All orders placed Friday or during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or national holidays do not begin processing until the next business day.

All shipped orders are assigned a tracking number with email notification for you to track its progress while enroute. You may also find the order's tracking number by logging into your account and accessing the order information. If you cannot find your tracking number, please email us at risingsunbotanicals@outlook.com.

Our U.S. clients have the option to choose our $99+ complimentary standard shipping through USPS during the checkout process. Standard shipments typically arrive within 3-5 business days. U.S. clients may also choose to pay for faster shipment.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of shipping you chose, your location, plus the weight of your items. If you would like a shipping estimate for your order:

  1. Add the selected items to purchase to your cart
  2. Click the Checkout button (you will not have to complete the purchase unless you choose to do so)
  3. Enter your Shipping Address
  4. Then click on 'Get Estimate' and choose your shipping method from the options shown.

The shipping standards start from the time the order is accepted by USPS, not from the time the order is placed. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Rising Sun Botanicals or other parties only as an estimate. 

Rising Sun Botanicals is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed in the mail.

For special orders, we are unable to extend our $99+ complimentary domestic shipping offer.

International 

We are not responsible for packages shipped outside the U.S.A that are lost or delayed. If you are ordering outside of the United States we recommend insurance and/or upgraded shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages. Thanks for understanding!

All international clients are responsible for customs dues or other taxes and fees that may be levied in your country.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

If you change your mind, and you would like to add to or modify an order, please contact Client Care quickly by email at info@risingsunbotanicals.com so that we can accommodate your request. Once your order ships, we are unable to add new items, cancel, change or combine orders.

Mistakes or Complications

If there are any issues with your order or delivery please contact Client Care via email within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns

Every product is made to order to ensure maximum quality and freshness, so we are restricted from accepting returned products for refunds. We would love to answer any questions you may have about any of our products before (and after) you purchase them. Subtle variations between batches of botanical extractions are to be expected. We recommend sampling a smaller size if you are unsure about purchasing a larger quantity of something. Due to the personal nature of our products and our commitments to quality and freshness, all sales are final.

Exchanges

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must have a tamper evident seal that is intact and be unopened and unused. We cannot accept a return on opened products or products without a tamper evident seal, even if they have not been used.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our products are designed to be safe when used in the intended manner according to instructions. A client's actual use of our products is out of our control, so it is the client's responsibility to determine the suitability of the products, use the products appropriately and to ensure the safe use of them by anyone who they may come into contact. We are not liable for the use or misuse of our products.

If you have a pre-existing condition, please consult your trusted health-care practitioner or medical professional before using botanical oils. Pregnant women, children and the frail should exhibit caution when using essential oils.

The FDA has not evaluated the statements made on this website. We are not doctors and make no claims as to the medicinal value of our products. Our references to the health benefits of our products cannot replace professional diagnosis and advise. Our products are not substitutions for necessary medical care or prescription medication.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your information is confidential. We will not share or sell your personal information to any third party or use your email for unsolicited emails. Any email you receive will correspond to our agreed products and services. We will only use any personal information that we may collect about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you also accept and consent to our Privacy Policy.

Security 

Shopping at Risingsunbotanicals.com is 100% secure. All information you provide during checkout (including your credit card number) is encrypted using industry-standard encryption and cannot be viewed by any third party. We use a secure payment processing engine to securely operate the shopping cart and process payments.

Risingsunbotanicals.com may use "cookies" to enhance your experience. You may choose to set your web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you do so, note that some parts of the our website may not function properly.

By remaining on the Rising Sun Botanicals website you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. You are also agreeing to indemnify the owners and staff for responsibility regarding your wellbeing.
